Get Involved

#UMCW26 is a university-wide initiative bringing together students, staff, faculty, and community members across Michigan. Student organizations are encouraged to get involved in a variety of ways: host an event, volunteer, table, etc. Support and funding are available to assist students. Please see the resources below.

Interest Form- Want to help make the second Climate Week even bigger and better? Please fill out this form to express the ways your student organization is interested in participating in this year's Climate Week.

Mini Grant Application- Grants of up to $750 are offered to support select Sponsored Student Organization-led events held during Climate Week. Please fill out this form by September 13th. SSOs must have a shortcode to transfer funds.

Sustainability Project Mini Grant- Were you inspired by making a #UMCW26 partnership and are now looking to kick-start your own sustainability project together? Please fill out this form for grants up to $500. Applications open after Climate Week is over and are reviewed on a rolling basis. SSOs must have a shortcode to transfer funds.

Planet Blue- Learn more about sustainability action on campus and stay involved after Climate Week by engaging with Planet Blue's programs and opportunities.
